How do I track my order?
Go to Order tracking and enter the code sent after confirmation. The tracking information is updated by the delivery partner.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking details as soon as the package is posted.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. HiperBuy uses a protected checkout flow and does not expose your payment data on the storefront.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes. Contact our support channel with your order information so we can review the case and guide the next steps.
Where can I see my orders?
Open My account in the top menu and access your order history after signing in.
How do I contact support?
Send a message to contato@hiperbuy.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
